The plants grow a pyramidal mound in shape and produce no runners. The plants flower and fruit continuously during the summer months until the temperature becomes colder in the early autumn. The deep red fruits are conical and small and are a little over 1 inch long. The highly aromatic fruits are sweet without acidity when ripe. This is an excellent choice for container gardens. Hardiness Zones 4-8.
